  Just another dead church. When are people going to seek God, repent, and run church God's way?

  What is amazing to me about faith and connecting with God is how one person can see a sunrise and be completely inspired. Another gains inspiration from socializing with friends and still another from quiet time in the Word. The point is each avenue and the myriad not listed are each perfect for the needs of that particular person. The same is true for churches. I've attended churches with dimmed lights, bolstering music, and large altar calls and been connected. I've sat in small churches singing a capella and felt His presence. What makes New Covenant Fellowship special is the community of believers who are part of it... People from various walks of life, coming together to connect to God through fellowship with each other in genuine love and friendship. The home groups are reflections of this community, as are the coffee hours after service. I can understand how people with a certain expectation can feel a particular way about any church they attend. I am confident that if a person comes openhearted and willing to take the steps needed to connect to God through fellowship with other believers then they will know His presence in the living, breathing body of New Covenant Fellowship.
